Our Mission
Incipia exists to make first collaboration between startups and engineers safer and more transparent.
Startups often need real work done but can't afford the risk of hiring too early. At the same time, students and early engineers build impressive things but struggle to turn that work into real experience and trust.
Incipia connects the two through real, scoped problems and parallel work. Startups evaluate outcomes instead of resumes. Students demonstrate ability instead of credentials.

The platform is in early access and intentionally hands-on. Processes may evolve as we learn what works — and what doesn't.
